What Is Gaudin Ford
X-Plan Partner Program?

 

For non-Ford Motor Company employees, X-Plan provides an opportunity to experience the benefits of driving a Ford Motor Company vehicle. A Ford Motor Company employee may sponsor selected individuals or may be eligible as an employee or member of a partner company or organization. Current X-Plan programs that recognize an ongoing relationship include Supplier Partner Recognition, Fleet Account Employee Appreciation, and Friends & Neighbors.

Who Is Eligible?

 

1. Ford Partner Recognition:
An eligible Partner Recognition employee or retiree may generate up to two (2) PINs per calendar year to be used toward the purchase or lease of a new vehicle for themselves or members of their households.

2. Friends & Neighbors:
An eligible Ford employee or retiree may sponsor up to four (4) PINs per calendar year to be used toward the purchase/lease of a new vehicle for a friend or neighbor.

How Does The Gaudin Ford
X-Plan Partner Program Work?

– Eligible employee obtains the organization’s Partner Recognition Code.
– A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is obtained by calling 1-877-XPLAN-00.
– Participants visit Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas, NV and identify as an X-Plan participant.
– Participants provide Gaudin Ford with a Social Security Number and PIN.
– Participants select a vehicle from our extensive inventory—hundreds to choose from!
– Provide proof of employment by an eligible Ford partner through a pay stub, company ID, business card, W-2, etc.
– Arrange for delivery through Gaudin Ford.

 

Which Ford Vehicles Are Eligible?

 

Ford Focus, Ford Fusion, Ford Mustang, Ford Taurus, Ford Five Hundred, Ford Taurus X, Ford Freestyle, Ford Edge, Ford Escape, Ford Explorer, Ford Expedition, Ford Flex, Ford Fiesta, Transit Connect, Ford Ranger, Ford F-150, Ford F-250, Ford F-350, Ford Econoline, and more. The only exceptions are F-150 Raptor, Mustang GT350 and GT500, and F-450 through F-750, which are excluded.

Can Ford Vehicles Be
Purchased or Leased?

 

They can be purchased or leased. The only requirement for leasing is that the lease be obtained through Ford Credit.

Can a Vehicle Be Traded in
Combination with This Program?

 

Yes! However, this program does not cover trade-in allowances, which must be negotiated directly with the customer. Gaudin Ford will offer you more for your trade! We always need cars, trucks and vans and are willing to give you top dollar for your trade.

How Long is the
Program in Effect?

 

There is no expiration date for the program. However, Ford Motor Company reserves the right to modify the program, remove eligibility or cancel the program at any time.
